EFi - Wide band lambda system for in-vehicle installation Proportional wide band oxygen sensor able to measure the air fuel ratio between 9.6 and 19.1 AFR. Direct 0-5v signal output may be connected to any ECU or data logger.

The controller is housed in a compact ABS case with all electronics for amplification and control of the sensor & heater.

Twin wide band lambda display and controller - Proportional wide band oxygen sensor utilising the Bosch LSH4 sensor, able to measure the air fuel ratio between 8.9 and 15.9 AFR. Direct 0-5v signal outputs and CAN communication for connection to any ECU, data logger or dyno

Each sensor is supplied with a unique calibration number which is programmed into the controller using the push buttons and on-screen menus. Each controller is able to connect to 2 lambda sensors via the universal wiring loom, but may be used with only one.

The controller is housed in a compact machined aluminium case with all electronics for amplification and control of the sensor & heater.

IWP189 - High flow fuel injector - This new generation fuel injector has been designed for high performance engines. 12 holes and a wide cone spray pattern make it ideal for 'shower' injection installations. This part is standard on many Ducati and Moto Guzzi applications.

L107M - High flow fuel injector - Long body series - This is the ultimate in compact fuel injectors. Its small size and high flow rate makes it the perfect choice for turbo or other high BHP applications. This ?high-impedance? injector may be used at pressures from 2.5 up to 7.5bar making them compatible with most ECUs.

The injector has a 30° inclusive spray pattern which is achieved via a 4 hole pattern for improved atomisation and engine performance

The electrical connection to the control unit is via a 2 way Mini-Timer plastic plug.

S107M - High flow fuel injector - Short body series - This is the ultimate in compact fuel injectors. Its small size and high flow rate makes it the perfect choice for turbo or other high BHP applications where the original Weber Marelli Pico injectors are not able to achieve sufficient flow.

IW 058 / 214300501011- The IW058 (WFI193 / IW058U) "top feed" injector offers features such as a fast pulse response, high precision & dynamic range. Optimum fuel atomisation is achieved by the high performance ON-OFF actuating electro-magnet with opposing expansion poles that moves the injector valve on precision ground cylindrical slides.

The injector is made of a C10 steel body, nickel plated, martensitic stainless steel valve and an electromagnet with a low-carbon content steel armature.

The electrical connection with control unit is made by a Mini-Timer plug. This injector is standard equipment for the 2006 Duratec Sports2000 engine

Pico IWP range - The “Pico" top feed injector is a standard production component built to the same automotive standard and specification.

The characteristics of the injector are a fast pulse response, high precision, high dynamic range and optimum fuel atomisation. These are achieved by a high performance ON-OFF actuating electromagnet with opposing expansion poles that moves an internal injector valve on high-precision ground cylindrical slides, and a high precision nozzle.

The injector has a stainless steel body, a fuel-resistant plastic connector, martensitic stainless steel internal valve and an electromagnet with a low carbon content stainless steel armature.

The electrical connection to the control unit is via a Mini-Timer plastic plug.

RPM fuel pressure regulator - The RPM series of regulators are designed for either direct mounting within the fuel rail, or in-line mounting using the CS038 regulator housing.

The regulator comprises a sealing valve joined to an elastic membrane which by means of a compression spring compensates the pressure within the regulator, hence, adjusting the fuel flow.

The body and cover are made from stainless steel, as are all internal components in contact with fuel, with the exception of the membrane which is a reinforced vulcanised rubber.
